• First of all open www.blogger.com in your favorite browser. On the top right hand side of the page there will be red button saying Sign UP See Figure 1.1, Click on that button.

• After Clicking on Sign UP button you will be redirecting to a new page having an simple form, you have to fill the form accurately with your personal information. Then Click on Blue button at the end of the form saying next step.
• After clicking on next step you will be redirected to a new page having welcome message for you. Right after welcome message there will be an Blue button saying Back to Blogger, Simply Click on that button, You Will Again redirected following page,

  I will suggest you to click on blogger profile as shown in Figure 1.2 then enter your Name in given place and go to next step.
• Now you have main blogger interface as shown in figure 1.3, simply click On New Blog Button.

• Fill the Required information As Title Of your Blog, and your desired address for your blog. as shown in figure 1.4 and then click create blog.
